Since I do not sell mass-produced goods, I dispense with the fine print and complicated legalese and submit to the general legal and statutory provisions.
Here is an overview of the most important points:
- 1 year warranty on defects that are demonstrably due to material defects during manufacture. This does not include cracks in the wood or other damage caused by improper handling/storage.
- 14 days right of return / revocation from receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The buyer bears the costs incurred for the return shipment. After receipt of goods and inspection for completeness and proper condition, the purchase price will be refunded / transferred.
- All prices listed here are without VAT, (according to §19 UStG mwst.frei) and including shipping costs.
